Toyota's program, Toyota Certified, sees 1,165 dealerships enrolled in the program, which is 95% of available dealerships. The automaker sold over 370,000 certified pre-owned vehicles in 2015, which is a 4.4% increase over 2014. IntelliChoice has been analyzing manufacturer certified programs since 1999. The program received a 100% Inspection Score in 2011 and Toyota was the top Popular Brand for Used Car Ownership Costs in 2016. Customers may extend the standard CPO warranty coverage for up to 84 months from the original in-service date of the vehicle. Roadside assistance is provided for 12 months or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase. Customers purchasing CPO vehicles are eligible for new car finance rates.
